JOB DESCRIPTION
- Turn Ideas into Visuals & Explore Creative Approaches: Able to execute ideas into visuals, and willing to experiment with different design approaches for any social media and website that connect with the intended audience.
- Design Marketing Materials: Assist senior designers and creative leads on various design projects for digital and print platforms (e.g. websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials).
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure designs follow the company’s branding and style guidelines for a consistent visual identity.
- Work with the Team: Able to work well with the IT team, marketing team and other designers to plan and deliver effective content and design strategies.
- Able to Meet Deadlines: Create and finalize design files, making sure they are accurate, high quality, and delivered on time.
- Adapt for Multiple Formats: Adjust designs to fit different platforms and formats while keeping a consistent look across all materials.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in design work and adherence to project specifications and brand guidelines.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing project requirements, client feedback, and design trends as directed.
- Organise and manage design files and assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent
- Applicants with min. 2 years of working experience in related fields
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or other relevant tools (Multimedia skill is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics, animation principles, design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Good time management skills and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
