Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond to customer inquiries over (email/ WhatsApp etc.) timely and professionally
  • Process inquires and update work report
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Monitor service downtime and report to client/developer if needed
  • Gathering customer requirement/request clear
  • Fully understand the logic and flow of the system (website) on hand
  • Escalate the issue to developer when it is needed and communicate with them

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English (Speaking and writing)
  • Computer literate
  • Know how to function and navigate computer well (Knowing how to visit facebook.com on a computer is not one)
  • Able to deal with common computer issue by Google search for solution
  • Know how to search/download/install software that is needed
  • Experience in building a website/coding/game scripting is a plus
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to work on Weekends or Public Holidays.
  • Willing to work on rotational shift
  • Motivated and willing to learn and work in a team.
