Customer Service
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to customer inquiries over (email/ WhatsApp etc.) timely and professionally
- Process inquires and update work report
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Monitor service downtime and report to client/developer if needed
- Gathering customer requirement/request clear
- Fully understand the logic and flow of the system (website) on hand
- Escalate the issue to developer when it is needed and communicate with them
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U in any field.
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English (Speaking and writing)
- Computer literate
- Know how to function and navigate computer well (Knowing how to visit facebook.com on a computer is not one)
- Able to deal with common computer issue by Google search for solution
- Know how to search/download/install software that is needed
- Experience in building a website/coding/game scripting is a plus
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Willing to work on rotational shift
- Motivated and willing to learn and work in a team.
