UIUX Designer
JOB OVERVIEW
As a UIUX Designer, the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you’ll shape every step of the user journey. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn complex ideas into clean, functional, and beautiful interfaces.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct and apply user research & usability testing: Identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns to inform design decisions
- Conceptualise and Innovative: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences, turning complex ideas into innovative, user-friendly digital products that resonate with target users across web and mobile platforms
- Create and maintain design systems: Ensure consistency and scalability across digital products by building reusable components and style guides. Focus on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across user journeys
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex briefs and requirements into effective design solutions that meet client objectives and user needs
- Work with the Team: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, audience insights, and messaging strategies and deliver effective content and design strategies
- Handle Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing of project requirements, priorities, client feedback, and design trends while maintaining creativity and quality in deliverables
- Guidance: provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in best practices, techniques, and software tools
- Manage and improve systems for organising shared assets and design libraries
- Optimize workflows and suggest tools or processes for efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent
- Applicants with min. 5 years of working experience in related fields
- Advanced proficiency with wireframing & prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc)
- Advanced proficiency with other Adobe Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
- Advanced level of knowledge on user experience, problem-solving & human-centric design
- Effectively applying the Design Thinking methodology on UX-UI and product design process
- An intuitive ability to analyse and evaluate creative concepts in conjunction with marketing strategy and objectives
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Good time management skills and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
